Anxiety is normal internal response mechanism and for most of us we suffer from anxiety from time to time, it can affect us all in many different ways and we all cope and deal with anxiety in different ways. Stress is an external factor such as work stresses and money issues which will come and go in our lives                   whereas anxiety is something that can persist and grow even if there is no clear cause.                     natural stop anxiety treatment natural stop anxiety treatment natural stop anxiety treatment natural stop anxiety treatment coping  Anxiety can make us blow things out of proportion and imagine that things in our lives are worse than they really are, the fear and anxiety can then make us avoid situations thus preventing us from confronting our fears.  It is important that we recognise that anxiety is a normal set of bodily functions that have existed in us from our cave-man days using Clinical Hypnotherapy can retrain our minds to see this response as normal.                                                                                                             d cure relief social anxiety disorder cure relief social anxiety disorder cure relief social anxiety disorder cure relief social anxiety cure   In our base brain or our ‘cave-man’ brain we are equipped with an internal alarm system designed to protect us from the dangers surrounding us in the wild which is called our fight/flight response. The system make us hyper-alert by boosting adrenaline out put that in turn increases our heart rate, boosting the amount of oxygen going to our limbs so we were better able to fight or run from danger. This is known as the “fight or flight” response and the “butterflies in the stomach” feeling is also associated with anxiety and is a sign of the anxiety mechanism kicking in.  What has happen though is that instead of being used to avoid immediate danger we are wrongly associating this in our lives causing us to fear the anxiety fear response so in turn increasing the fear response.

For some people they have an identifiable cause for their anxiety; a traumatic incident, lots of stressors or have undergone a significant life event (surgery, loss of a loved one, work issues etc.,) which can all be treated effectively with Clinical Hypnotherapy and with the other advanced approaches that Sara Stevens can offer you.   However, some people don’t have an identifiable cause for their anxiety which can often cause us added stress and we can start imagining all sorts of things such as a heart condition or brain tumour etc. Again Sara Stevens is highly qualified in this field and has been working to help people cure there anxiety issues since 1994.
