Sara Stevens been practising in Leicestershire since 1994 in Clinical Hypnotherapy and has trained in other modalities including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming (EMDR), Life Coaching, Creative Kinesiology and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Since 1994 Sara has been working throughout Leicestershire practising in Hypnotherapy and now runs a busy practice in Blaby near Leicester in Leicestershire. After receiving an Honours degree in Psychology and an MSc in Psychological Research Methods Sara works along side the NHS and is working towards developing better clinical evidence into the effectiveness of Complementary Health and ways for it to be integrated into main stream health care. Sara has been a BUPA registered Hypnotherapist for over 12 years and has a high professional work ethic and now works full time in her luxury practice in Blaby Leicestershire.  With this vast experience and thousands of clinical hours of work Sara can help you make positive life changes and deal with negative past experiences. Everyone is unique and Sara can offer you a range of different approaches to suit your individual needs which can help you with a range of different issues.
